Former GUNS N' ROSES and current VELVET REVOLVER drummer Matt Sorum played his first show with MOTÖRHEAD last night (Tuesday, September 8) at the 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C. Fan-filmed video footage of the performance can be viewed below. Sorum is filling in for MOTÖRHEAD's regular drummer, Mikkey Dee, who is sitting out most of the band's current North American tour in order to take part in "Kändisdjungeln", the Swedish version of the popular U.K. and U.S. reality-TV show "I'm a Celebrity…Get Me out of Here!".
